Required Information for Posting on Oklahoma School District Websites In the interest of making information about local schools accessible to the public, the OSDE strongly encourages school districts to maintain a website. For school districts that have a website, state law requires the following information be posted on the district website:
▪ School district expenditures, including: o The Oklahoma Cost Accounting System (OCAS) code designation for each expenditure; o The amount of funds expended, and the purpose and type of the transaction; o The per-pupil spending figure for each year; and o The budgeted and audited actual expenditure figures for each fiscal year. o See 70 O.S. § 5-135.4 for further requirements and information.

▪ The Oklahoma Open Meeting Act and the Oklahoma Open Records Act are following state laws. o See 70 O.S. § 3-136 A (16) for further requirements and information.
▪ Schedule of local school board meetings & agendas posted on website.
▪ Title IX Policy: o The board approved Title IX and grievance policies; o Contact information of Title IX Coordinator; Name, phone number, email and office address o An accessible formal complaint form, that includes information of how or who to return it to o See 34 CFR § 106.1 for further requirements and information.
▪ A bullying prevention policy which addresses: o Bullying by students at school and by electronic communication; o A procedure for reporting an act of bullying to a school official or law enforcement agency, including a provision permitting anonymous reports; o A requirement that a school employee who reasonably suspects a person is a target of bullying shall report it to the principal or designee; and o A requirement for district personnel to investigate reports, and a procedure for notifying the parents/guardians of victims and perpetrators of verified bullying. o See 70 O.S. § 24-100.4 for further requirements and information.
▪ Information about school clubs and organizations, including: o The name of the club or organization; o Its mission or purpose; and o The name of the faculty advisor, if possible. o See 70 O.S. § 24-105 for further requirements and information.
▪ School districts that choose to implement a suicide prevention program shall post the course outline for the district's suicide prevention curriculum. o See 70 O.S. § 24-100.7 for further requirements and information.

▪ Health Information Requirements o Information to parents with required immunization for enrollment & school attendance.
